WEEK 1

 

BU6

The 2014/15 season got underway with the first BU6 game between the Southdown Flyers and the Future Stars.
Connor Sheridan was the season’s first scorer, his double gave the Stars a 2-1 victory.
Connor then scored five times in the Stars second game, a 5-1 win over the Green Machine.
The Flyers bounced back with a 3-1 victory over HBC Holland to record their first points of the season.
Jonathan Duffy scored a hat trick as the Green Machine then secured their first points in a 5-1 win over HBC
Germany, Andre Delrosso also netted twice.
King Park Express started their season with two victories. A 4-0 win over HBC Holland saw Matthew Donnis score a hat trick
before two unfortunate own goals gave them a 2–0 victory over HBC Germany.

BU7

Thomas Carluccio gave Elwood a 1-0 half time lead in their game with the HBC Crushers  but Cooper Brandt replied for HBC
in the second half making the final score 1-1.
Thomas then completed a hat trick as Elwood won an end to end game with the Annoying Oranges 3-2, Frank Algieri was on
target twice for the Oranges.
Celtic opened up their season with two wins, Lennon Harrington scored a hat trick in the 5-0 victory over the Crushers then Jeffrey Flores
scored the winner against Rangers who led twice through two Matthew Bender goals, 3-2 the final score.
The HBC Cruisers and The Annoying Oranges shared the points in a 1-1 draw before Rangers claimed a 6-2 victory over the Cruisers.
Royale Baker and Joe Rocca each scored twice for Rangers.

BU10

Two goals each from Sean Kozodoy and Dylan Gugin helped Arsenal on their way to  6-0 win over Team Poland in the BU10 division.
Arsenal then led Northport Thunder 2-1 before Timmy Tomlinson tied it up with the last kick of the game.
Jack Gidseg scored four times for Wolves as they beat Poland 6-0, Amir Husein also found the net twice. Wolves made it two out
of two to go top of the league as Ethan Blanski score both goals in the 2-1 win over the HBC Chargers.
The HBC Wildcats started their season with a 3-2 win over Northport Thunder. Ryan Cash and Aidan Burns were on target for the Thunder
but Sammy Sekler, Jonathan Dobstaff and Nick Camponelli replied for the Wildcats to give them the points.
Chelsea then came out on top in an entertaining game against the Wildcats, goals by Lennon Harrington and Sean Keslonsky gave Chelsea
a 2-0 victory.
A Logan Weisenthall hat trick helped HBC Spurs on their way to a 5-2 win over the HBC Chargers. Spurs then drew 1-1 with the HBC Ambush
who also tied 2-2 with Chelsea. Sean Keslonski scored twice for Chelsea but Liam McDonald and Charlie Girimonti made sure the Ambush
got a share of the points.

BU12/13

A Jonathan Solar goal was enough to give the South Huntington Sharpshooters the points in a 1-0 triumph over the South Huntington Saints
but they found the going a little tougher against a strong Uniondale Vikingos team who beat them 5-0. Niko Vidao was on target twice for the
Vikingos.
Niko repeated the feat scoring twice against the HBC Outlaws as the Vikingos won 6-1.
Daniel Ginther was the hero for Levittown Inferno as he scored the only goal of the game against the Sharpshooters. The Inferno then lost 4-0
to the Outlaws, Patrick Ahearn scored twice for HBC.

BU14/15

CSH Falcons and the Tornadoes got the BU14/15 season off to a good start as both teams took a point each in a 1-1 draw. Jason Castellano
was on target for the Falcons and Nate Gegwich for the Tornadoes.
Charles Willis then netted a hat trick for the Falcons but it wasn’t enough as the HBC Sting beat them 5-4, John Tucker scored twice for the Sting
in an end to end game.
A Chris Callum Hat trick helped the Tornadoes overcome SSB 5-1, Corey Phelan also scored twice in a comfortable victory.
Luke Lucklow struck four times as the Sting beat the Northport Warriors 6-1 to go top of the league then SSB secured their first points beating
the Warriors 5-0, Nick Carino scored twice.

GU12/13

Tedi Carnesi got the CSH Crushers off to a good start as she scored a hat trick in their 6-0 win over the Tiger Lily’s. The Crushers second game
was a lot closer with Taylor Cullen’s second half equalizer canceling out Alice Bradford’s early goal for the Blue Devils, 1-1 the final.
Christiana Maceluch was on target twice for the Shooting Stars as they recorded a 3-0 win over the Tiger Lily’s and Annie Gruhn also scored twice
for the Northport Dolphins as they beat the Stars 4-0.
Carly Stevens, Jenna Cesario and Jessie Grover all scored in the Blue Devils’ 3-1 victory over Northport Spirit, Catherine how was on target for the Spirit.
The final game saw the points shared as the Dolphins and the Spirit tied 1-1. Jensy Ponce scored for the Spirit and Kaitlin Stefanac for the Dolphins.
